Placed electrical tape along the edges of the ribs and stiffeners. Removed the stiffeners and ribs and used a burgandy scotchbrite pad to rough up the contact areas for the ribs and stiffeners.
Cleaned with acetone and remarked the skin for the appropriate stiffener and rib location.
I'll scuff and clean the stiffeners, fuel cap flange and fuel drain flange tomorrow. I'll try to get to riveting them on tomorrow night.
